Simple - $30 per property //30 minute session. (Manhattan locations).
Includes 1 image per room, up to 5 rooms, lightly retouched and web-optimized

Detail - $50 per property //30 minute session.(Manhattan locations).
Includes 2 images per room, up to 5 rooms, lightly retouched and web-optimized

Tour - $100 per property //60 minute session. (Manhattan locations).
Includes 3 images per room, up to 10 rooms, as well as highlights and details of the property
all images are lightly retouched and web-optimized.

Home styling session
Feel like your home might need some primping prior to the shoot?
We help you prepare your home for your photoshoot as well as make small changes to show it at its best.  $30/hr

Image clean-up
Light clean-up, $5 per image,
10 images minimum

Single image clean-up $10 per image.

Heavy clean-up and changes,
erasing items, etc. $25 per image.

Digital staging
$75 per image
$500 for10 images.
Quick Tour Video
Images provided by client. Under one Minute and a half. Starting at $50

An Extended Video Tour shows detailed features and information about the property as well as the neighborhood and highlights of surrounding area.
The Property WebSite shows both the videos, as well as photo galleries with more images, maps and detailed information that you want to show in a more factual  manner.
